Usually customers use standard 12" x 16" file boxes, so we use these measurements for billing purposes. You can leave your files in a file cabinet, or use any container you want, whatever is most convenient for you. We will empty the documents into a larger container and charge you based on the volume.

| On-Going Service |
We will continuously provide security containers that lock and are office friendly for items to be destroyed. You can choose between a 64 gallon mobile unit or a 32 gallon stationary melamine cabinet. There is no charge for storage containers, and this includes when we install them. There's a set schedule for service, so you never need to call to make arrangements. Daily, weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly service is available. Our customer service representative will assist you with deciding your shredding needs.

| Off-Site at Our Facility |
Due to repeated requests for this service, Southland Shredding now shreds documents off your site and at ours. Materials are securely transported from your location to our offices to be destroyed. This service works well for customers with no parking, small lots, or garage parking that can't accommodate our mobile units. We can shred your confidential documents off-site, providing guaranteed secure destruction.
