Since customers often store their files in a standard 12" x 16" file box, we use this unit of measure for our billing purposes. To make it easier for you, you could let your files remain in the file cabinet or use a container of any dimension to store them. If this is the case, your documents will be placed into a bin that is equal in size to seven boxes; your fees will be determined proportionally.

| Periodic Service |
We offer easy-to-use, locked bins where you can securely store all of the materials you have slated for shredding. We have an option of a 64 gallon movable device or a 32 gallon melamine cabinet that is unmovable. There are no costs, installation or rental fees for our containers. The service is offered on a specific day and frequency, which eliminates the need to call for service. Services are available daily, weekly, monthly and bi-monthly. A discussion with one of our customer service representatives will facilitate figuring out your shredding requirements.

| Off-Site Services |
Due to increasing need for off-site services, Southland Shredding also provides off-site document shredding services for customers in the Southern California area. We will come and collect all of your materials that are slated for destruction, and we will shred them at our own secure facility. We offer this service for our customers whose offices have inadequate parking or underground/garage lots that are inaccessible for our mobile equipment. As a solution we offer off-site destruction; also providing secure destruction in regards to your personal documents.

You can personally monitor the shredding cutters at work by viewing the video monitor installed in our truck. The shredded material is recycled, which means that we have met the California recycling requirements. |
