Typically, customers store their files in a standard 12" X 16" file box, so we use this as our standard unit of measure for pricing purposes. You can retain your files in a file cabinet or you can use any size container you wish to collect them in. We will place your documents into a container that is equal in size to seven individual boxes, and you will be priced according to the amount of space you fill.

| Scheduled Service |
Our customers will be provided with secure storage bins, where they can safely store their materials until they are shredded. Customers can select between a 64-gallon mobile container or a stationary 32-gallon cabinet made of melamine. There are no fees associated with installing and leasing your container. Service and frequency is predetermined in our agreement, so you do not have to contact us when you need service. You can schedule services to recur on a daily, weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly basis. | Off-Site Option |
Due to the high number of requests we have had for off-site document destruction services, Southland Shredding is pleased to offer document shredding at our own Southern California facility. Your materials will be picked up and we will securely destroy them at our facility. We offer this service to our customers who do not have ample, street-level parking facilities to accommodate our portable equipment. Our company offers off-site destruction as a way to resolve your problems; allowing you access to the secure destruction of your sensitive documents.

The truck has a video monitor which allows you to personally observe the shredding of your documents.
